Minimum fork height reaches 75mm, compatible with ultra-thin pallets. The roller structure reduces pulling resistance for easier operation.

(2)Full Stainless Steel Pallet Truck

Rust-proof and corrosion-resistant. Suitable for food processing, seafood, pharmaceutical and humid workshops, and can be directly washed with water.

(3)Hot-Dip Galvanized Pallet Truck 

The whole truck body is galvanized for excellent rust resistance and durability with cost-effective price. Ideal for outdoor warehouses and open-air logistics yards in Africa.

2.Integrated Reinforced Wheel Frame

Integrally formed wheel bracket with thickened bearing structure. The 3-ton heavy-duty version adopts extra thick steel plate, featuring strong load capacity and anti-deformation performance under heavy loads.

3. Multiple Wheel Options

Single wheel (80*93) / Double wheel (80#70) are available. Wheel materials: Nylon / Iron, suitable for cement ground and uneven rough ground.

4. Two Low Fork Height Options

Standard low height 85mm and ultra-low height 75mm, matching all kinds of ultra-thin pallets.

5. Customizable Fork Width

Standard fork widths: 540mm / 685mm. Custom sizes available for special pallets. We steadily supply heavy-duty models of 2T / 2.5T / 3 ton.

Q1: What load capacities do your pallet trucks offer? Do you have reinforced heavy-duty 3-ton models?

A: We have standard 2-ton, 2.5-ton and 3-ton versions. The 3-ton model is built with extra-thick steel plates and an integrated reinforced wheel frame, specially designed for heavy cargo and open-air yard operations in Africa.

Q2: Can I customize fork width, minimum fork height and wheel material?

A: Customization is available. Standard fork widths are 540mm and 685mm; fork heights include 75mm ultra-low type and 85mm standard type. Single or double wheels made of nylon or iron can be selected according to your ground conditions.

Q3: Will the 3-ton pallet truck deform or leak oil under long-term heavy loads?

A: The 3-ton model adopts a thickened integrated load-bearing wheel frame and BF open-type integrated hydraulic pump. Our Nigerian customer has used these trucks under heavy loads for 3 months on site without any deformation or oil leakage issues.
